WorkWISE is a mentoring program for undecided Sheboygan Area Seniors seeking to increase their employability and workplace skills. School counselors coordinate a school’s participation with Inspire’s Sheboygan County team.

Sheboygan Area Youth Co-op
Learn about Sheboygan Area exploratory experiences in a career area of interest that provide hands on experience and high school credit. Work Based Learning opportunities may vary in the number of hours worked, credits earned & experiences. Youth Co-ops are paid positions.
Sheboygan Area Healthcare Service Internships
The Healthcare Service Internship is a semester long program providing participants with 90 hours of volunteer work based learning at Aurora Hospital in Sheboygan. This program is aimed at students with a strong interest in the healthcare field, who have already started their career exploration through high school classes, groups and clubs. Healthcare Service Internships are volunteer positions.
Youth Apprenticeship
Junior and Senior students are eligible to apply for a more in-depth 450-hour experience while getting paid and earning high school credit. Students can leverage this experience for potential college credit, full time employment and bridge into Registered Apprenticeship.
