Job Description:
We are looking for a In-home caregiver to join our team and provide quality care to our clients in their homes. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality care and excellent customer service. As a caregiver, you provide a variety of personal care services that allow seniors or other individuals with needs to remain in their home instead of being forced to move into a nursing home. These services generally fall under three categories: companionship, home helper, and personal service. Caregivers also provide a variety of servies to younger clients that include children and young adults. Services may include companionship, outings, meal prep and more. Each caregivers experience will be unique to their clients needs. If you are only looking to work with adults or specifically with children we can work with our caregivers based on their experience and background to make sure they are comfortable with the clients ages and services needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay is based on job experience and job duties, range is $14-17 / hour
Ideal candidate:
Provide a positive, up-lifting attitude when with clients to encourage companionship and care.
Support clients to live on their own and help with needed things to encourage life at home is safe and healthy.
Provide care to clients (children and/or adults) in their homes.
Atleast 16 years old
Has a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and auto insurance
Meets all health requirements to perform job duties
Able to pass a criminal background check imposed by law
Must be U.S. citizen or have valid work permit
CPR Trained (preferred, but will provide if needed for suitable candidate)
Able to lift 25-50 pounds
