Process Technician ensures that production jobs are running at the highest efficiencies possible using the best processing methods available. They work closely with all other team members to quickly and thoroughly resolve production issues using solid root cause analysis tools and techniques to troubleshoot. They apply corrective actions that will eliminate repeatability of problems. They install, perform start-up/commissioning, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of industrial monitoring, metering, controlling and signaling devices used in the production of plastic parts

General Foundry Production (Manufacturing) Immediately hiring! Time and a half on Saturdays Double time on Sundays $2.00/hour shift premium on 2nd and 3rd shifts

ROLE: This is an entry position for new hires joining the company. Individuals hired as Foundry Production will be assigned to a production or service department, to train and acquire the necessary skills and work pace to advance to a department specific job classification. This manufacturing position often requires weekend work and/or mandatory overtime. All Foundry Production assignments are considered to be heavy industrial, and are repetitive in nature.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Successfully complete safety training, and demonstrate ability to comply with departmental safety policy and guidelines Demonstrate ability to utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) Participate in WF’s 6-S Program (housekeeping) Successfully complete training in WF’s ISO 14001 Environmental Certification Demonstrate the ability to maintain a work pace consistent with the company’s goal of the on time delivery Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Operating hand tools, machines and other equipment Visually inspect products for defects

• Assisting Sheet Metal Journeyman and Apprentices in daily job duties, both in shop and on jobsites.
• Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training
• Effectively using heavy and light equipment.
• Assembling and fabricating flashing, panels, and ductwork.
• Measures, cuts, and welds pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or directions.
• Cleaning and daily maintenance of shop and jobsite.
• Loading and gassing company trucks.
• Delivering product and tools to jobsite
• Performs assigned work such as punching holes for screws or bending gutters.
• Connects pieces or secures seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws.

• Perform other duties as assigned in order to keep up with company needs.
