Summary/Objective:

We are looking for a positive, highly motivated, self-starter! This team oriented individual will be responsible perform building and grounds maintenance in a safe and efficient manner at our numerous locations within the Green Bay area.

Mainly be responsible for:

Performing a variety of skilled work in carpentry, basic plumbing/electrical, welding, painting, assembly, snowplowing and grounds maintenance
Completing routine maintenance on dock plates, overhead doors and roofs as necessary
Operate powered equipment including high lifts, forklifts, and tractors
Day to day general maintenance of all facilities
Utilizing a maintenance ticket system for maintenance requests
Performing required inspections as requested
Troubleshooting and repairing emergency problems when they occur
Monitoring and responding to sprinkler system calls as needed
Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will possess the following:

1-3 years of maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license required, Class A CDL preferred but not required
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing, environment
Must be able to safely and efficiently operate powered equipment such as high lifts, forklifts, and tractors
Must be team-oriented and safety conscious
High aptitude in building and facilities maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry, critical thinking and numerical concepts
Basic knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, sprinkler wet and dry systems, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and dock plate maintenance a plus
Must be 18 years of age
High School Diploma with advanced training or schooling
