A job shadow is a one-on-one experience that allows a student to ask in-depth questions about a career of interest. The experience may last up to 1 hour for a virtual conversation, or 2-4 hours for an on-site visit. On-site visits allow students to learn the daily routines and activities of a particular job or jobs in the industry.
