Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment such as loaders, graders, backhoes, and snowplows

Perform tasks like hauling, patching, mowing, crack sealing, and brush cutting

Respond to emergencies 24/7 (snow removal, tree cleanup, accidents, etc.)

Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate work records

Follow safety protocols and maintain required training and certifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of relevant experience

Valid WI CDL (Class B, C, D required; A and N preferred)

Skills:
Strong equipment operation skills, attention to safety, teamwork, and clear communication.
