Speech Therapist – Birth to 3 Program
Grade 9 | $32.39 – $39.20

Waupaca County is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve in our Birth to 3 Early Intervention Program, working 32–40 hours/week with infants, toddlers, and their families.

In this family-centered role, you’ll support communication development and coach caregivers using the Primary Coach Approach to Teaming. This model emphasizes collaboration, connection, and empowering families to support their child’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Speech and language screenings and assessments

Family coaching aligned with IFSP goals

Documentation and insurance compliance

Qualifications:
Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology

Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
