Sargento is seeking qualified PSU and PU seasonal workers for the summer production season.
The temporary, full-time positions are perfect for educators looking for a summer job opportunity and interested in understanding the value of career pathways in production for graduating high school seniors. PSU Seasonal and PU Seasonal pay starts at $24.91 per hour with shift premiums for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts. The summer seasonal shifts run May through August.
Educators in PSU Seasonal or PU Seasonal positions will meet with the Community & Workforce Development leaders for career exploration conversations three times throughout their summer position to discuss using the experience to enhance CTE curriculum and connect career pathways for students planning to go directly into the workforce after graduation.

Shifts available include:
- Plymouth Production: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Kiel Production: 4th shift.
- Hilbert Production: 1st shift.
- St. Cloud Production: 1st and 2nd shifts.
Candidates must be available to work full shifts and required hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
