The receptionist is often the first smiling face you see, or upbeat voice you hear when you connect with Team Holiday. Your friendly nature and outgoing personality are keys to your success. This position provides variety in your tasks, a fun environment, and convenient after-school hours.
You will greet and connect guests with the appropriate parties, while providing a fantastic customer experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and good communication skills will add to your success in this role. In this position, you’ll generally work two to three weekdays from 4 pm until 7pm and every other Saturday from 8 am until 5 pm. We have very successful team members who began their careers at Holiday as a part-time Director of First Impressions and advanced into other successful, long-term roles.

Responsibilities
Answers General Phone Lines
Welcomes Showroom Visitors
Escorts or Directs Visitors to the Correct Department, Notifies Team Members of Waiting Customers, and Introduces Customers to Team Members
Receives Payments
Attentive to Guests in the Service Lounge – Preparing Cookies, Popcorn, Coffee, and Water, as well as Tidying-Up Between Visitors
Other Duties as Assigned
