ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities may vary based on the department or office.

Works closely with other department members to assist with ongoing projects or tasks.
Observes and learns from department mentors to gain insights into job responsibilities and the comprehensive services County government provides.
Performs hands-on experiences by working alongside experienced professionals in various departments within Dodge County Government.
Participates in daily operations and projects as assigned by each Department.
Networks with county employees and other interns.
Creates a presentation to present to Dodge County Executive Committee highlighting the experiences learned about Dodge County services provided and the career pathway opportunities available in County Government.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
