An assistant child care teacher shall work under the supervision of a child care teacher with a group of children.
The duties and responsibilities of the assistant child care teacher are:
*To follow programming as set by the lead teacher and to work toward the goals of the Day Care Center of New London Inc.
*To make suggestions which may benefit programing and curriculum.
*To follow lesson plans of the lead teacher; to take over entire class for brief periods.
*Work together with the entire staff as a member of a whole team.
