Mock Interviews were held at Winnebago Lutheran Academy (WLA)
for prospective Youth Apprenticeship students for the 2024-2025 school year. Mock interviews play a crucial role in preparing students for real-world scenarios, helping them hone their interview skills, build confidence, and refine their professional demeanor. They provide a safe space for students to learn and grow, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in future job opportunities.

Inspire WI and Atlas Science Center formerly the Paper Discovery Center joined forces to host an unforgettable Healthcare Event! 🏥 We had 4 interactive healthcare stations:
1️⃣ Suturing with a physician
2️⃣ Tracking disease with an epidemiologist
3️⃣ Diagnostic testing with lab techs
4️⃣ Medical devices and anatomy with a medical imager

A huge THANK YOU to Surgical Associates of Neenah, Bellin College of Nursing, ThedaCare, and Appleton Health Department for making this possible! This event allowed high school students to interact with healthcare professionals, ask questions, and gain invaluable insights into the industry.
The day concluded with a networking lunch where students connected with career mentors, receiving valuable advice for their future endeavors. It was truly an enriching experience for all involved! Here's to inspiring the next generation of healthcare leaders!

Inspire WI took students on an exclusive Showcase Tour at Pierce Manufacturing They dove into the heart of industrial innovation and discovered if a Youth Apprenticeship at Pierce was their perfect fit! They witnessed behind-the-scenes action, explored cutting-edge technologies, and gained invaluable insights into the world of Youth Apprenticeship.

Over 25 students from Kiel Area School District had the opportunity to explore the highly technical roles with Amerequip, Rhine Machining & Fabricating, Sargento Cheese, and Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. Through their technical education and manufacturing 4.0 courses, these students are gaining the skills needed for success in in-demand jobs like youth apprenticeships and student roles. Huge shoutout to these companies for sponsoring a delicious pizza lunch for the students after the meeting. The future is looking bright for these young professionals! 🌟
